It sold to development company Crescent Custom Homes LLC, registered to Alisa and Calvin Baty in Happy Valley, for $500,000 in September. About a month later the developer applied for demolition of the home. The permit was issued Dec. 11 and the house was recently torn down.

Although there have been no plans for construction yet submitted, the property’s R2.5 zoning would allow for up to four new units on the site. That would require land division applications, and none have yet been submitted.

However, the developer has applied to reopen two underlying lots on the property.
