In 2013 the home sold to Oregon Homeworks LLC for $255,000. In early December 2014 the city received an application for new construction of a two-story single-family residence with an attached garage.

Oregon Homeworks LLC is registered to Eric Thompson with its principal place of business listed at 10940 SW Barnes Road #339.
