This development site, located at 3301 SE Madison St., was once home to an 1894 single-family home, which was demolished in the fall, as the Portland Chronicle previously reported in December.

The property at 3301 SE Madison St., sold last summer for $512,000. The new owner of the property is CKW Construction LLC, registered in Milwaukee, Ore. to Amanda Williams.
