Sackhoff has not filed permits for new construction at this time, but past Urban Development Group projects indicate multifamily housing is the likely plan.

In 1946 two brothers started Ackley Manufacturing Co. in the warehouse, producing hydraulic motors and tools for industrial use, reported The Oregonian in 1969. Ackley Manufacturing Co. was later purchased by Stanley Hydraulic.
