On March 27 the Bureau of Development Services received an early assistance application for new development on the lot. The application explains that the 130-year-old home would be demolished to make way for two new three-story duplexes on the property, for a total of four new residential units.

An early assistance application is generally the first step in new development. Demolition permits have not yet been applied for.
