On March 11 the Bureau of Development Services received an application for early assistance for development on the Southeast Division Street property. The application describes construction of two new wooden buildings, each three stories with the development overall bringing in 14 units. They will be “courtyard style apartments.”

The listed applicant is Erik Opsahl of Rainier Pacific Development LLC.

It is unclear whether the 113-year-old home will be demolished, but the lot layout suggests two additional buildings would be a tight fit.
