On October 14 permits were filed for UDG Stephens LLC. It is currently listed as active.
The company’s registered agent is Mary Sackhoff, and its registered address is at the same Beaverton location as the other Sackhoff businesses. The business name follows the same format of other Sackhoff LLCs, such as UDG Alder LLC and UDG Hawthorne LLC.
So far no records indicate UDG Stephens LLC has purchased any property, but we are keeping watch on Stephens Street. Other UDG developments have been close in, so it seems likely the project on SE Stephens will be in the Hosford-Abernethy or Richmond neighborhoods.
