Part of a series on Southeast 45th Avenue and Nehalem Street Redevelopment

The site, reported on by the Portland Chronicle in January, is located at the corner of Southeast 45th Avenue and Nehalem Street.

A house built in 1946 occupied the property until it sold in 2013 for $200,000 to Scotland Holdings LLC and was demolished by the developer later that year. The applicant on the demolition and subsequent construction permits was Michael Vaughn of Urban Revival LLC.

Since then three lots of record have been confirmed on the site, with construction already complete on a skinny house at the north lot. That skinny house sold in February for $367,000.

Two more houses are under construction on the two lots along Southeast Nehalem Street, both two-story single-family homes with attached tuck-under garages.

At present the sidewalk along Nehalem Street is torn up and is blocked by construction materials, debris and a portable toilet.
