The single-family home, located at 3910 SE 34th Ave., was built in 1912. It sold last March and the new owner applied to turn the 10,000-square-foot lot into a four-parcel subdivision for two attached housing units and two single-family residences.

Demolition took place in December, along with more trees coming down to make room for the new buildings.

Two single-family homes will be built on the part of the property formerly occupied by the house. The permits for the houses are under review.
