Urban Development Group Registers UDG Stark LLC

PORTLAND, Ore. – One of the most active multifamily development companies working on the east side has registered a new subsidiary, offering a clue as to the general area of the developer’s next large project.

Urban Development Group, based in Beaverton and owned by Dennis Sackhoff, generally registers a new LLC with a street name in the business title for each new development the company begins. UDG Stephens LLC, for instance, owns the property at Southeast 50th and Stephens that will be developed into an 84-unit apartment complex.

On Jan. 28 UDG Stark LLC was registered by Mary Sackhoff.

At this time the location of the development is unknown. The Portland Chronicle will be monitoring inner-Southeast properties along Southeast Stark Street and will have updates when more information is available.
